Did you want a nut that is buttery, creamy, soft crunchy, and not raw but cooked? The roasted unsalted cashew is a good plain snack. It’s unsalted, so no cholesterol, no worries. It can be good for snacking or flavor roasting. We’ve heard some pretty good ideas like rosemary thyme, or sea salt and vinegar.
